At Ribbons & Co,  we offer a wide range of ribbons including, satin ribbons, grosgrain ribbons, organza ribbons, printed ribbons as well as customised ribbons. Other products include gift boxes, gift bags, organza bags for packaging purposes. So contact us if you have any other requirements.

Do you offer any wholesale programs?
Yes, we offer discounts for bulk purchase. The discount level depends on the quantity purchase.

Do you offer exchange or return policy?
Sorry, we don’t offer any exchange or refund as we will ensure that all items are in good condition and properly packed before delivery.

Why do the colours of the ribbons defer on screen?
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

What if your products are out of stock?
Should your order for an item be out of stock, we will inform you immediately and you can choose either a refund or a replacement.

How are orders delivered?
We use Pos Malaysia / Local despatch services for shipping within Malaysia and Pos Malaysia for overseas shipping.

How long does it take to receive my order?
We will need a processing time of 5 working days and another 2-3 days for delivery within Malaysia or up to 4 weeks for overseas delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payment / paypal and also local online transfers.

If I require an item in a specific different width or colour, can you provide?
We may be able to provide. Do email us the enquiry to enquiry@ribbonsnco.com.

How do I order personalised ribbons?
For personalised ribbon order, you can email us at orders@ribbonsnco.com. Please provide details of your requirement :

  1. type/ width/ color of ribbons
  2. type/col of printing
  3. quantity and
  4. logo or artwork in Adoble Illustrator format.
    Upon receipt of your order, our sales team will get back to you on the artwork layout for your confirmation. We will only proceed with the production upon your approval of the artwork and upon receipt of full payment. Please note that minimum order for personalised ribbons is 100 yds (91 mts)
    Customised orders take a longer processing time as the production leadtime can take between 2-4 weeks.

How do I order custom made ribbon bows?
If you have a special design of a ribbon bow that you would like to custom make, you can email us the design to orders@ribbonsnco.com and we will get back to you with a quotation. Please note that the minimum order for custom made ribbon bows is 100 pcs.
